Do they typically start shipping on release date? or do they try to ship like the day before so you 'get' it on release day? I'm wondering if mine will be shipped at all because they never charged my card yet even.

Amazon charges you when your order ships (or sometimes a little before) so you should see the charge happen today or maybe tomorrow.

I have heard that even those that have preordered through the NISA site have not had their order shipped yet, so there could be a chance that Amazon orders will be delayed. It could be that those few people were just unlucky and orders are going out mostly fine.
